Kevin Smith promotes his indie flick, Red State, while protesting the Westboro Baptist Church. I was lucky enough to get tickets to the screening in Washington DC months before the movie arrived on home video. The Q&A with Kevin was wonderful as expected. I loved following this film from conception to screening with the Red State of the Union podcast. It was one of the most intimate movie experiences I’ve ever had.
